Safety through Competence

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to establish rules for receiving, processing, and refunding payments received from students. This policy is intended to define reasonable expectations and be equally fair in refunding students and compensating Fremont Firearms Training, LLC in event of late cancellations or no- shows. All references to the "Fremont Firearms" refers to Fremont Firearms Training, LLC. This policy assists the Company with managing and planning accordingly for all classes and events in a timely manner. 

A registration requires payment in full at least one week prior to commencement of the first day of the applicable class or event; If such payment is not possible, please contact the Fremont Firearms to make other arrangements. Registrations without payments do not guarantee a seat in the class.

Late Registrations: Space allowing, students may still enroll in a class or event—please be sure to contact Fremont Firearms for space availability, registration and payment details in advance. 

All payments for class are due and payable one week prior to the day of class or event. 

Postponement of a class or event due to inclement weather will result in rescheduling the affected classes or events. All registered students and attendees will be notified by David at Fremont Firearms Training via telephone and email of the new class or event date/s. All applicable fees will be transferred accordingly.

Students that cancel attendance of any class or event by notifying Fremont Firearms of such cancellation seven {7} or more days before the first day of such class or event may opt to transfer applicable payments to a future class or event within one year from the initial class date

Students that cancel attendance of any class or event by notifying Fremont Firearms of such cancellation less than (7) days before the first day of such class or event may transfer applicable payments to a future class or event within one year of the initial class date.

Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
